Trong 8 tuần, 135 phụ nữ dùng chiết xuất rễ shatavari cho thấy cải thiện tổng điểm chức năng tình dục và mức độ hài lòng so với nhóm dùng giả dược. Khi kết hợp với ashwagandha, các chỉ số về ham muốn, độ ẩm, cực khoái, tâm trạng và hạnh phúc còn được nâng cao thêm.
