Approach: conceptual metaphor. Palette: D, bold color field.

Действительно ли диета, имитирующая голод, активирует систему самоочищения клеток у людей, или это лишь феномен, наблюдаемый у мышей? В небольшом пилотном рандомизированном исследовании с 30 здоровыми взрослыми сравнивали ProLon и альтернативную формулу FMD2 с контрольной группой. К концу примерно шестидневного курса группы различались по уровню аутофагического потока, массе тела, глюкозе, кетонам и инсулинорезистентности. Однако полученные различия не сохранялись во всех измерениях, а исследование было небольшим и спонсировалось производителем ProLon. Ниже — протокол, полученные результаты и предостережения.
