Läuft die fasten‑ähnliche Diät beim Menschen tatsächlich den Selbstreinigungs‑Mechanismus der Zellen hoch oder nur bei Mäusen? In einer kleinen, von ProLon gesponserten Pilot‑Randomized‑Trial mit 30 gesunden Erwachsenen wurden ProLon und ein weiteres FMD‑Produkt gegen eine Kontrollgruppe getestet. Nach etwa sechs Tagen zeigten sich Unterschiede in Autophagie‑Fluss, Gewicht, Glukose, Ketonen und Insulinresistenz – allerdings nicht zu jedem Messzeitpunkt und bei einer sehr kleinen Stichprobe.
