Două ani de administrare zilnică a Centrum Silver au condus la creșteri mici ale nivelului de DHA și ale acizilor grași omega‑3 la adulții în vârstă, precum și la o încetinire a creșterii nivelului de creatinină. Scorurile metabolomice de risc pentru 16 boli cronice s-au redus, iar toți cei șapte ceasuri biologice de îmbătrânire au indicat o diferență de 0,5‑1,05 ani mai tineri. Însă niciunul dintre aceste rezultate nu a rezistat corecției pentru testele multiple. Articolul prezintă ce arată datele, ce nu arată și cine ar putea fi interesat.
