Randomizovani klinički pokušaj objavljen u *Nature Aging* otkrio je da četiri nedelje suplementacije urolithin A pomeraju imuni profil zdravih sredovečnih odraslih: udio „naivnih“ CD8⁺ T‑ćelija i njihova sposobnost sagorevanja masti blago porastu.
