Většina doplňků tvrdí, že víc je vždy lepší. Studie s kapslí z extraktu granátového jablka Pomanox však ukázala opak – nižší dávka 367 mg přinesla zajímavější kožní signály než dvojnásobek. Hlavní cíl, zmenšení tmavé skvrny na tváři, ale statisticky významný nebyl. Před objednáním balení si tedy musíte uvědomit, že výsledky jsou spíše naznačující než potvrzené.
